Nick Hogan Sentenced to 8 Months in Jail [Celebrity Smack! Gossip & Entertainment Blog]
Nick Hogan was sentenced today for the car accident that nearly took his best friend’s life.
John Graziano is still in vegetative state and hasn’t left the hospital since the crash last August. Graziano’s sister, Christian Carson, says that Nick has never apologized for the accident.
Graziano’s father told the judge that the Hogan’s have never been there for his son. He asked the judge to throw the book at Nick. He also stated that when Nick did visit John in the hospital that he appeared to be bored and disinterested. He added that he even skateboarded in the hospital halls.
Sickening.
Judge Frederico said during sentencing that the crash was no accident and that Nick’s driving was ‘cavalier’. Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation, 500 hours community service, no drinking (although he is underage) and his license will be revoked for three years. [...]
